A £250 deposit per person is required to reserve your room. All bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

You can choose to either pay the remaining balance in full or spread the cost with a monthly payment plan. If you opt for the payment plan, your next payment will be due on 1st August 2026, with monthly payments thereafter.

The final balance must be paid by 1st February 2027.

Booking & Payments

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel after the final balance has been paid, no refund will be issued unless we are able to fill your place. Any refund remains at the discretion of Mauve Retreats.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Flights & Travel

Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights.
Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for airport transfers unless otherwise stated.
Mauve Retreats accepts no responsibility for missed flights, delays, cancellations or travel disruption.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.
Your policy should include cancellation cover, medical expenses, personal belongings and participation in Pilates and any other planned activities.
By booking, you confirm that you will have valid travel insurance for the duration of the retreat.

Health & Medical

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in Pilates and other retreat activities.
Any injuries, medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements must be disclosed before arrival.
Participation is at your own risk.

Retreat Activities

The retreat itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Mauve Retreats reserves the right to substitute activities where necessary without compensation.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be allocated according to the room selected at the time of booking.
Shared rooms are shared only with the person booked alongside you.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be given.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable retreat, Mauve Retreats cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, illness or accidents occurring during the retreat, except where required by law.

Photography & Marketing

Photography and video may be taken during the retreat for use on our website and social media channels.
Please let us know before the retreat begins if you do not wish to appear in any marketing content.

Force Majeure

Mauve Retreats cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes by Mauve Retreats

If Mauve Retreats needs to cancel the retreat, guests will receive a refund of payments made to Mauve Retreats. We are not responsible for any costs relating to flights, transfers or other travel arrangements. You must ensure you purchase travel insurance.
